White Willow Bark
White Willow has been used for centuries to reduce fevers and reduce pain. It is closely related to the common aspirin. It is great for fever, chills, and rheumatism or arthritis.

To prepare a decoction, soak 1-3 tsp. of bark in a cup of water for 3-4 hours and then bring it to a boil. Drink this tea only a mouthful at a time, unsweetened. Drink only about 1 cup total per day.
